Easy to travel

Batteries

I have had the Waterpik.WF-02 for 3 months now. The batteries do not hold the power for more then 1 week. I had an other brand waterpik that was plug in. And wanted one with batteries...may I made a big mistake.

Poor Water Chamber Design

I bought this unit because it was recommended to me that I get a Waterpik in addition to regular oral care since I've had implants put in. This is my second unit with the same issue: the water chamber will slide into place the first maybe dozen times but after that the o-ring doesn't allow the water chamber to fully seat even when using extra hand pressure which can be very frustrating.

quite working within 2 months

Have had Waterpik products before and was happy with them. Thought the cordless model would be more convenient but it only lasted about two months. I am disappointed in the this product but did like it when it worked.

I liked this product, but it runs on three batteries, which lasted a little over two weeks. Because I have arthritis in my hands, the batteries were hard to change so I had to ask for help every time. I decided to discontinue using it and bought a different style Water Pik. For that reason, I would not recommend this product to a friend.

I have bought the same Pik twice now and they each just stop turning on randomly. I’ve changed the batteries and cleaned it and still nothing.
