Overall good, batteries last about a month using twice daily. Not surprised by this because of the mechanics of the “motor”. Use it to travel bi-weekly. Haven’t had an issue with it at all.

Works as designed. Several observations need to be shared. Larger water canister would be desirable. A lockable on/off switch for unit in suitcase, so it does not activate.

Disappointing

This is my second handheld Water Flosser. I prefer flossing my teeth in the shower and when the first one quit on me after a year and a half, I asked for another one for Christmas last year. I received a combination pack with a plug-in unit as well as the hand held. The hand held one only lasted a month. I don't know why it took me so long to put in a review...I've been using the plug-in one, which works okay (most of the time-I have to hit the reservoir once in a while to get the water to come out).
