[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item about a week ago. I love the fact that it is battery operated and easy to take and use on the go. Since I have braces, this is what I use daily after every meal. Getting a waterpik was recommended by my orthodontist. I'm glad I got such a great product which eases the frustration when it come to flossing with braces. I love my waterpik! You will love and enjoy yours too!

This waterpik lasted me 3 months. Bought a cheaper device and spent more money purchasing batteries for it.

Batterys ran down with about one months use. Also strength of pressure decreases with strength of battery.

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-03 Cordless Freedom does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. I'm afraid that I'm terribly disappointed with this product. 4 years ago I purchased the Waterpik corded flosser (WP-663), and found it exceptional; I use it only at the highest pressure setting. The cordless model specs claim it can perform at 3/4 the max pressure of the WP-663, but I highly doubt that; the water pressure from the WF-02W010 cordless is horribly wimpy by comparison! If I could I return it, I definitely would.

Don't waster your $$ or your time with this

This item is hard to hold(and I do not have tiny hands) and it depletes batteries quickly. It basically is useless compared to my 25 year old electric waterpic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Testing a product that seems to be OK but needs longer battery life and a better grip for seniors. Suggest a rubberized grip for seniors.I put a few rubber bands on grip handle area to solve this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Waterpik Water Flosser is smaller than most and is easy to store in your bathroom. I like the fact that you don't have to change tips for pressure change. It's all on the on-off switch. The only negative and it is minor is that the water reservoir is a little smaller than mine. It is also good for traveling.
