I love my waterpix! I use it in the shower. My only complaint is that I wish that the water tank was a bit larger. I usually have to partially refill it from the shower head in order to finish the job of flossing my teeth.
I purchased this smaller travel model due to lack of electrical outlets and countertop space. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but my teeth are certainly cleaner. Flossing first is my normal routine, but a still find food particles that I didn’t get or couldn’t reach after using the Water Pik. I am very happy with the product.
Tank door broke off tank after two months use, Batteries need weekly replacement or charging. Buy a rechargeable model..

Hello - We are sorry this happened with your WF-02 model. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. As for the broken door, the model comes with a one-year warranty.
