Not easy to use because of the strong pulsation.

The pulsation is super strong and will damage gums.

This was the first time I have used a water pick and it took me a while to get used to it. In the end I was pleased with the water pick and use it twice a day as it is fast and easy to clean my teeth and gums.

Hello sk69 - We're sorry to hear the model is too aggressive for you. If you have not flossed regularly in the past, it may take some time for your gums to get used to it. We recommend that you start on the lowest pressure setting that is most comfortable for you. You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger. However, if pain and bleeding are severe or if they persist, we recommend speaking with your dental provider.
