I enjoyed using the Waterpik for a few weeks by recommendation of my dentist and felt my teeth were getting cleaner. However, my Waterpik randomly stopped powerfully ejecting water even though all of the parts were correctly in place. I read through all the forums online and tried everything I could. I even changed the batteries and read through the instructions, but it just couldn't be fixed. I wish I had purchased a better model.

Short life

Stopped working after about a month. First the slide swithch became unreliable (had to slide it back and forth a few times before it would work), then the whole thing just died. Won't work at all. Threw out the receipt, so I guess there's no warranty replacement possible...

Batteries last for 6 -30second uses; then flosser needs new batteries!

The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently.

Excellent Waterpik For People With Small Vanities

I absolutely love this Waterpik. It holds enough water to do half of your mouth: I do upper teeth and then lower, refilling the reservoir in between. This way it is less likely to run out of water. I do not want to burn the small motor out by running it dry. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean and it is amazing the debris you see running into your sink.

What a joke of a product

I’ve had this for 6 months now. I’ve had to replace the batteries every 5-6 weeks, mind you, you use the thing for 30-60seconds a day… and now the thing won’t turn on at all… after 6 months.
Definitely look at the other options

I got this as a Christmas gift thru my company yesterday. I followed all instructions. This thing has no water flowing out at all. I barely feel air coming out, but no water comes out. I wish I did not order this and picked something else that actually works.
