Good, but has a design flaw

There are a lot of things to like about this model. It's easy to use, the right size, comes with an extra head ... overall I'm happy with it, but the battery compartment is nuts. It's right at the bottom connected to where the water is stored, so the consumer is expected to add a layer of Vaseline in the battery compartment to keep water from seeping in. We had to go out and buy Vaseline before we could even use this for the first time. Seems like this could have been designed better.

I thought the flow would be more targeted but I ended up soaking wet. Just not what I had in mind.

Hello Pdaly - We are sorry that the WF-02 model is not your favorite. Perhaps our how-to video would be helpful. It has great tips on how to prevent a mess. Here is a link to the short video: https://youtu.be/oijS5814cVg

Hard to Decide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this new model for about a week now and find it hard to decide if I like it or not. It operates smoothly so far on the batteries. I'm wondering how long a set of batteries will last. There is plenty of power on the low setting for me but, again, I wonder what will happen as the batteries were down. One thing I don't really like is the side-fill water reservoir. At a hotel and at my home, when I tip the unit to fill the water, the tip is touching the side of the sink which isn't very sanitary. Overall, I would say the unit works very well for me so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a cordless waterpik and I will start by saying and that I love the water pressure setting it has I do believe soft to medium it's not harsh on my gums doesn't hurt it's really comfortable using it I must say it is large for my hands but I have small hands I would gladly recommend this product to others I will also purchase this product again very satisfied it's battery operated I'm glad that the batteries were included also it reminds me of a water gun how the water is put inside but yes I love this product only thing it's kind of big so besides that I will use everyday you just wouldn't travel with it I mean I wouldn't but it's still perfect

Found the nozzle pressure to slow/soft even at the higher setting. That surprised me and defeated the overall purpose for buying the product. My dental professionals recommended the product........sadly I think I was mislead w/ this particular model.....wish I had the option of purchasing a better model that performed as expected.....namely w/ more power/pressure. I'm sad/disappointed.

POWERFUL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though this waterpik is battery operated it has a lot of power. I was surprised to find that it works so well and doesn't die down after each use. It is nice and compact for traveling. I needed to fill the water reservoir about 3 times to clean my teeth completely during each use. I have 2 bridges in my mouth and it cleaned under each one very well. This waterpik is very functional.

Very Good Quality

I purchased this flosser about a month ago. If you want to continually be putting new batteries (takes 3) in to floss....this is the one for you.

The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or counter top model would be a better fit.

OK but would get a rechargeable one next time

Bought this upon the recommendation of my hygienist. Small size is perfect for very little counter space and it works good. Got the less expensive one because I didn't know if I would like it , I do, but it eats up batteries, usually have to change them every 2 weeks, next time I'll go for the rechargable one
