This is an effective oral health tool, but the capacity for the fluid is so low you frequently refill it. I usually need two tanks to finish adequately flossing my teeth.

Although this seems to be a great tool, I find that even the lowest setting is too harsh? Maybe it's just me? Because it's so powerful, it sprays EVERYWHERE! Even just trying to move it around in my mouth I get water spray.

If you haven't been flossing regularly and experience discomfort, it may take up to two weeks of daily water flossing to strengthen your gums. If your discomfort persists or you notice bleeding, pain, or red and swollen gums, please contact a dental professional.

Model WF02W011 Stopped working after 11 months!

I liked a lot of things about this Cordless Express water flosser. Waterpik seemed to be the top maker of water flossers. This model took up very little counter space and was simple to use with only two settings. It was also relatively inexpensive and it operated using 3 AA batteries which I liked because I thought it would last longer than one with a non-replaceable built in battery. I was wrong! My Waterpik Water Flosser stopped working after 11 months! I don't think it is very good quality and is not meant to last but just be replaced. So wasteful! Technically it is still under warranty. I hope it will be replaced or refunded. I have a receipt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
