Mouth feels reborn again

My boyfriend bought this for me after using my mouth felt like I just left the dentist office. Only complaint is it's kind of noisy and the water in the reservoir empties quickly.

I bought the cordless waterproof water pik a month and a half ago. It worked great then about a couple weeks ago the water coming from the spout started to have less power when turned on. I changed the batteries and it still acted the same. I thought it would've lasted longer than a month .

We sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing with the unit. It sounds as though the unit may have some build up. It can happen from mineral deposits in your water supply. Try running a reservoir of equal parts distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit. If this does not solve the issue, please call customer service at 1-800-525-2774 Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm for warranty assistance.

You have to keep filling it up with water which is very annoying because it goes so fast. The batteries also do not last very long. I really hated this Waterpik, I took it back. I now use bristled toothpicks which work great!

Thank you for your feedback! The reservoir is intentionally small as it is designed to be a small unit for travel and those with little counter space. Depending on how many times a day the unit is used and the quality of the batteries you select plays a significant part in how many uses you will get. My hygienist suggested a water flosser, and I am so glad I saw this model. I have a small bathroom, with limited sink vanity space, so a corded model was not an option for me. This battery-powered model is perfect for me: good grip, lightweight, adequate water reservoir. I am awaiting some additional tips--wish I could have just purchased them in a store--that should make my flossing experience even better. Great product at a great price.

I purchased this Water Pic at the suggestion of my dentist to improve the condition of my gums. Since I have to use a weak bleach solution I use it in the shower. Since it's cordless, this works great.
