Batteries didntvwork

I never actually got to use it. I assembled it, and the batteries didn’t work or the whole thing was faulty. While trying to check the batteries the clear flosser attachment broke off in the base and can’t be removed. The whole thing is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The batteries were emptied after less than a month of use. Would be better if it was made with rechargeable batteries, as replacing the 3 batteries every month will be expensive.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the WF-02. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last, is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.
