I don't know how I have lived without a waterpik! This thing is awesome. I brush my teeth and then use it. I'm amazed at how much stuff it blows out of my teeth....reminds me it needs a new battery

I remember using one of these years ago and had truly forgotten about them. I was recently in Austin, Texas and stayed at a friend of mine's home. She had an extra pick and I tried it. What a change in cleaning between the teeth and massaging the gums. Fantastic! I am very glad this made it back into my dental routine.

Love the ease of use, but Battery life no

Bought product about a month ago. Was a little intimidated at first, but soon got used to it. My only problem is that it has already run out off battery life. I have put 3 brand new sets of Duracell and it is not powering on. is their a particular brand I should use? Help please!!!

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or counter top model would be a better fit. The WF-03 Cordless Freedom does have a 30 day money back guarantee.
