How long the batteries will last, is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but how often the unit is used as well. If you use the product more than once a day or if multiple people use it, we recommend a counter top model or a rechargeable unit.

The only negative I have on the water pick is that it is very hard to set it on the lower speed. It always wants to go clear up to the highest speed.
