Bought the waterpik a few weeks ago and I use it everyday. Love it! I've seen a dramatic change in the way my teeth and gums look. I only wish I would have purchased this a long time ago.

My last waterpik was electric and held plenty of water. This new one holds so little water I have to stop and refill 4 or 5 times to use. Being battery operated is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are unhappy. This model is designed to be small as it is intended for those who travel and/or have little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. If you prefer not to, a counter top model would be a better fit.
