I got this as a Christmas gift thru my company yesterday. I followed all instructions. This thing has no water flowing out at all. I barely feel air coming out, but no water comes out. I wish I did not order this and picked something else that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Batterys ran down with about one months use. Also strength of pressure decreases with strength of battery.

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the product. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-03 Cordless Freedom does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. This waterpik lasted me 3 months. Bought a cheaper device and spent more money purchasing batteries for it.
