I purchased 2 of these flossers on March 4th and this morning, it stopped. I understand that nothing lasts forever! However, I thought Waterpik products would last longer than 90 days. I would not recommend this product to a friend or enemy.

It's very bulky and awkward to hold onto while using. It's also heavier than other models. The on/off switch is a toggle, and difficult to operate when your hands are wet. The same switch controls the intensity of the flow. A simple push button would have been better. The reservoir doesn't hold enough water. I usually have to fill it twice. I don't enjoy using this at all.
