I got this as a Christmas gift thru my company yesterday. I followed all instructions. This thing has no water flowing out at all. I barely feel air coming out, but no water comes out. I wish I did not order this and picked something else that actually works.

Batterys ran down with about one months use. Also strength of pressure decreases with strength of battery.

How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery, but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. The WF-03 Cordless Freedom does have a 30-day money-back guarantee. I bought this unit because it was recommended to me that I get a Waterpik in addition to regular oral care since I've had implants put in. This is my second unit with the same issue: the water chamber will slide into place the first maybe dozen times but after that the o-ring doesn't allow the water chamber to fully seat even when using extra hand pressure which can be very frustrating.
