Hello ORicks - We are sorry you are not satisfied with the WF-02 model and found it bulky to use. If you need a water flosser that has a lower setting, we recommend a counter top model. If you would like assistance, we would be happy to guide you to a model that would be a better fit. Please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call us at (800) 525-2774, and we would be happy to help.
I actually rarely floss but ever since we got this water pic my teeth have been healthier as i used to have a little gingivitis until i got this it has astonished my dentist and my gums are no longer red and bloody. I would always explain to my dentist that flossing always made my gums bleed and hurt and all she would say is that my gums would get stronger... luckily now with the water pic i no longer have gingivitis and or bleeding gums! This should have been invented many years ago to help those in my same situation!
I am disappointed with the device. Disappointed with battery power. The pressure is less than expected. Have only used it with the heads provided and maybe with smaller diameter it would work better.
It is a little messy to use, but i think it is doing what it is supposed to do. i have carpal tunnel syndrome, so sometimes it is a little hard to accomplish putting the Waterpik together and getting the cleaning done, but is not hard enough that i cannot use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello - We are sorry this happened with your WF-02 model. The average customer will replace batteries every 6-8 weeks. How long the batteries will last is not only determined by the type and quality of the battery but also how often the unit is used. If multiple people are using the unit and/or it gets used multiple times a day, the batteries will need to be replaced more frequently. Perhaps a rechargeable or countertop model would be a better fit. As for the broken door, the model comes with a one-year warranty. Please contact us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com for assistance.
