[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great knife. It needs a few improvements so it can be easily operated with one hand. It's a little bulky and not the easiest to open and close with one hand.
It is a high quality build that would last on any job site.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty handy and compact utility knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this now for a few weeks and it’s pretty decent. It folds and unfolds easily, and locks in place tightly. The blade has a wire stripper opening when for when the blade is retracted (packaging actually doesn’t mention this), but it’s too small to strip thicker (12ga) wire. Otherwise it would be a great feature. It can only store a few blades at a time, but how many do you need at one time? All around a nice knife, but could easily be improved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really nice utility knife!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty decent knife! It fits well in my hands and the grip helps keep it in place. Was able to use it cut dry wall, flooring and opening up boxes without issue. It is a bit stiff fresh out the package but it seems to be loosing up the more i use it. Only down side is that it only holds 3 replacement blades. I go through about a about 6-12 blades a day when im working so it a bit inconvenient to have to stop and get more blades out the tool box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible design Extremely Inefficient

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
So difficult to get blades out & DESTROYS workflow and efficiency. The REALLY TOUGH thing is I’m an avid Dewalt tool guy. Shocked they would even have a product like this!!!! Truly expected way better than this. On my way to return NOW!

Useless

Just got it. Have spent two days trying to get the blade in. Won't go. Have spent two days trying to get it to fold. Won't fold. What was Dewalt thinking letting this be sold to the public? Now I have to return it and can't finish my project. Thanks Dewalt!

this model was perfection

this model was perfect (DWHT10035) have had one for many years. The new model (DWHT10035L) is absolute garbage. The new blade storage latch is too thin and brittle. It broke immediately. Why would you change a perfect design? I want more of the original ones, but can only find newer trash ones with original photos for advertisement everywhere.
