THE BEST EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I have three of these. I was so excited to get the newest version. I absolutely love it my Yale Assure 2 lock. It connects seamlessly to my HomeKit, enabling Siri to control if I want her to have a auto Matic unlock and lock when I enter and leave my home if I forgot to lock, I can go through the app unlock my home or even check to see if I did that!  This is an OCD person‘s best friend,  and now someone can go to your house without giving them a key too! Five thousand thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was easy to install, the app gives relatively clear instructions & short, the videos were a little too quick on how to perform each step (would love more detail on the videos). The step by step in app installation guide was great. I have never installed a smart lock before and the measurement guides were very helpful.
The only part which was not clear was the fact that I did not need a smart module for this lock in order to ensure it worked with Apple HomeKit.
The HomeKit compatibility works great & is my primary method of using this lock. The Yale Access app is good & has the functionality you expect. The app is slow to connect to the lock at times (not a problem with HomeKit)

Yale Deadbolt Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fairly easy install… I don’t know much, yet had an easy time installing! FYI download the app first, the steps in the video of the install were way easier to follow than the book that comes in the box. And yay it’s pretty cool!!! Also the kit didn’t come with the wifi attachment… so I ordered that and will be excited to use my watch to unlock, lock from outside of the home, and so forth! Yay! Thank you Influenster this is awesome!!!

Another Excellent Lock from Yale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our family’s second Yale lock and it did not disappoint! We found the installation instructions to be both accurate and easy to follow. I love the look of the lock and my kids love being able to utilize a keypad vs having to carry around a key. I also like that I can control who has access to the house, especially when we are not home. I would definitely recommend Yale for any home security products you might need in the future.

Why would they do this… so if you buy this, you’ll have to buy an extra piece to make it wifi. I was excited to connect it to my other devices then I realized that I can’t unless I purchase another piece. I’m actually disappointed. This was a free product but now that it’s installed I have to buy an additional piece. Grr. If I had paid for this I’d be pretty upset, for now I’m just a bit annoyed.
Installation was more confusing than it needed to be, the paper instructions suck and I’m a very techy person.
