The speaker itself is nice and the art looks good on the speaker but the problem is that it feels off pretty quickly which is basically the whole point in getting a custom speaker

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Prints on our customized speakers shouldn't fall off quickly. We would love to check this. Please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Here are some troubleshooting steps for our JBL Flip 7. Start by unplugging it and holding the Power button for 30 seconds to see if it unlocks. If it still won't charge, try using a different cable, adapter, and wall outlet, and ensure the charging port is clear of any debris or dust. We can also perform a factory reset by turning on the speaker and holding the Volume + and Play buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds or until the unit powers off. Once it reboots, ensure you "forget" the device in your phone or tablet's Bluetooth settings before attempting to pair it again, keeping in mind that this process will wipe all previous settings and pairings. I have had my GBL Flip 7 about two weeks now. I love it especially because I I was able to get it personalized. It is solid that I can hook it to my electric bike and hear the music clearly. The battery charge holds up great. It does saw waterproof but I have not been in the rain with it, but it looks to be able to withstand it. The base and volume are great. At work my phone is turned down lol but when I'm riding it is louder and you can hear it over other sound around.
I purchased the Flip 7 to replace my old Flip 4, which, after many years failed to hold a charge. Given the sound quality, build, and usefulness of the Flip 4, getting a Flip 7 was an easy choice.
