Good speaker

I bought this to replace the old JBL I have. The sound is good and it is a nice portable speaker. The downside is it came with no charging cable. I had to buy one to charge my speakers. For the price it should have came with something to charge it with.

To help reduce electronic waste and because many of our customers already have several USB-C cables from other devices, new JBL products like the Flip 7 no longer include a charging cable in the box. The speaker is compatible with any standard USB-C cable, which you were able to use. We do try to make this clear in the product information, but we understand this can be an adjustment. We hope you continue to enjoy the fantastic sound of your Flip 7 for years to come!

Spectacular Sound

This was a birthday present for my 19 year son. We have accumulated multiple blue tooth speakers over the years for use indoors and outdoors, at the beach, or pool but I'd say this one is hands down the best. The quality of the sound is spectacular and we are looking forward to using a lot this summer..

Sounds good but mid and high frequency is like it seem to be trembling and twitching and interrupting

We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Flip 7. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset. Reset may fix the issue, much in the way rebooting a computer or phone fixes many problems. And then you will have to manually re-pair again. To do this, please press play and plus buttons for more than two seconds. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Didn't think they could do better than the Flip 5 but the Flip 7 doesn't disappoint!!! Whether on the patio or on the golf cart, this speaker makes it's presence known!! Thoroughly impressed with this purchase!
