The personalization was terrific.
but I was surprised that a charging cord was not included. Embarrassing because it was a gift.

Bought this about a month ago and so far it’s been good! It’s small so will be easy to travel with and didn’t take up too much counter space. It’s easy to connect via Bluetooth and has better than decent sound!

Personalized Flip 7

Unfortunately the speaker has a very unpleasant odor, perhaps from the personalized printing. Have not used it due to the odor, have had to leave it in the garage hoping that it will dissipate. So far not yet.
I appreciate the option of personalization, however the odor is just not tolerable.
I would return it if possible for just a standard model.
