Great storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try through Influenster and I'm so glad I did. I have been paying for storage on my phone for my photos for months and this gadget elimated that for me. It holds quite a bit of data/photos and I am quite impressed.

Great Desk Drive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our household is very glad to make use of the SanDisk Desk Drive! We have tons of photos and video games save files that clog up the memory space on our laptops. We transferred some of these to the desk drive.
The entire process was super easy, too! You can use it right out of the box. I just plugged the appropriate cords in, and easily transferred the files over without any issues. 100% would buy this if I hadn't received the product from Influenster to test!

Super fast speed and huge storage capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SanDisk Desk Drive works at very fast speed, 1000 MB/s. Amazing!!! It’s a huge external storage of 4 TB which is so perfect for backup solution. I was able to transfer all my photos, videos, music, data etc., within seconds. With a compact design that I can carry easily everywhere, fits great into any workspace. This SDD is compatible with Windows and macOS. This external drive is great for me as my side job, a content creators I works with a large amount of multimedia files. Thanks for this SSD save my time, save space. Well done. Highly recommend because it’s worth to invest for your job or even just to hold a large amount of your medias.

High capacity and tiny!

Great and easy way to increasing storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Running Windows 11, it pick up the drive as soon as i plugged it in. Downloaded three different games from my Steam. Transfer was quick and playing straight from the drive didn’t see any lag. Was using the usb-c connection. Was the 4tb model which doubled my storage. One negativity, if I lost power due to storm, I had to reboot the drive in order for it to be on.

Safe, Spacious, Swift, Simple

What a wonderful surprise it was using this product and the simple process that it made to help with my PC storage!
*SIZE*
The size of this SSD was 4TB. This was double my PC storage, which 2TB was already a large amount of storage.
This should hopefully be able to hold data for many years, and should definitely be more than enough data for the “average household”

*SPEED*
Storing data onto the drive was very quick. I did a few hundred or so files of various sizes so far and they took mere moments to process onto the drive!!

*SIMPLICITY*
The drive was simple to install and utilize. The instructions provided were easy to understand and gave multiple pieces of information that makes utilizing the device and software user friendly.
The device has two ports. A power supply that will need to be plugged into a traditional outlet, in addition is a plug to go directly into your PC. It has an adaptable cord that can either have a USB-A OR USB-C depending on what you have available!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
*SECURITY*
Arguably the most important. Having the device for some time now, there has been no issues with security, but for transparency sake, I feel like it would still be too soon to give an honest review of its security. The manual provides information and specs of the devices capabilities regarding security, and they seem reputable/valid.
There is always benefits to storage in a physical device compared to electronically. The only concerns I would have is:
Device is lost when being transported
Device is damaged/destroyed
Device is corrupted from misuse

The device is large and sturdy enough that the first two points would be likely more difficult to accomplish than smaller, less durable drives.
=======
While the price point for this device is high, I think it would be a great one-time purchase your large data, storage needs. It would not replace the smaller scale, more portable USB drives, but does a great job at being a backup for important documents and files, that will last you a VERY long time, given its large capacity.
