This is our 2nd Cuisinart waffle maker. We loved the first one until the non-stick stopped being non-stick. We are basically happy with this new one. The one negative we encountered was the cord is somewhat shorter than the WF-10. We do not have as much flexibility in locating this waffle maker based on the shorter cord.

Have had other waffle makers, but this serves a dual purpose-makes waffles and pancakes. The waffles come out perfectly browned and crispy. Much better than previous waffle irons. I can always trust Cusinart to make great kitchen products.
