I love this waffle maker! There are so many things that make me say that. Super easy clean-up-removable plates; it dings when it's preheated and when my waffles are ready; I love the pancake plates - can be used for eggs, pancakes, even bacon or sausage. It's actually fun to use- I make different flavors & freeze them for fast breakfasts when needed.

I love this waffle/pancake maker. I only wish you had the option to use the flat plate as a griddle. As it is, you can only use the plate that has the round pancake circles. It does make amazing waffles and pancakes, though!

I was a bit hesitant to buy the waffle maker that makes thicker waffles, but I have to say I was very impressed. It does take a while to heat up initially, but once it's heated up it stays hot for the most part. You do have to keep an eye on the waffles if you don't want them to dark. I do have to say that I have no regrets with this purchase.
