I have only used our new waffle maker once, but it worked perfectly and the waffles were delicious! I like that it has waffle grids or, if flipped over, can be used flat for pancakes. The dial offers quite a range on temperature settings for lighter or darker cooking. It also has both a light and sound indicator for when the temperature is ready and waffles are done. So far so good! Thumbs up on this product!

It is truly multi-purpose. I needed to replace the waffle maker I had, and was pleased to see this product, because we like to make pancakes, too. I have used it for both, waffles don't stick, pancakes and waffles come out "made-to-order."

The Cuisinart Belgian waffle maker is a great addition to making breakfast taste great and with less hassle. Love that the plates are removable and easy to wash. Also, it is great when we travel and stay at a rental property; very compact. Cooks the waffles and pancakes to perfection every time.
