On the whole I like to waffle maker. I think it's cheaply made. Plates fit in unbalanced. It does the job like a typical waffle iron, doesn't get crispy or rise as much as I've seen or expected of a Belgian waffle maker. I don't regret my decision to buy.

I really like this waffle maker. The waffles were wonderful and easy to make. I have used the pancake plates to make eggs for sandwiches and they were perfect. The pancake plates are a bit small and thin for my taste in pancakes, but I didn't purchase this item for pancakes,
