This appliance is working great! The best feature is that the plates are removable and clean easily. I do wish that it came with a printed manual, but the online manual is downloadable. The waffle plates make deep waffles which fit into our toaster for reheating leftovers. The pancake plates are kind of fun and make equally portioned pancakes. So glad I found this waffle maker!

I have only used our new waffle maker once, but it worked perfectly and the waffles were delicious! I like that it has waffle grids or, if flipped over, can be used flat for pancakes. The dial offers quite a range on temperature settings for lighter or darker cooking. It also has both a light and sound indicator for when the temperature is ready and waffles are done. So far so good! Thumbs up on this product!

It is truly multi-purpose. I needed to replace the waffle maker I had, and was pleased to see this product, because we like to make pancakes, too. I have used it for both, waffles don't stick, pancakes and waffles come out "made-to-order."
