The plates switch easily and it’s fun to have the option of waffles or pancakes. The nonstick has worked really well so far as long as I have the tongs pull it off. When the waffle beeps (the beep sounds like it’s running low on battery right out of the box) the two plates gets stuck together and I ha e to wiggle it loose and usually try to lift a couple of times before it opens. Overall, it’s been a good waffle iron that we use a lot.

I like the removable plates - easy to clean.
It makes good waffles, but I wish it came with all four rubber feet and not just the front two.
I put stick-on feet on the rear so it would not scratch our counter top.
I noticed that someone else had said the same thing in their ratings before purchasing
this unit, but that did not stop me from purchasing this unit.

The waffles are so thick and delicious. I love that the cook times and how toasty you want the waffles are programmed so it’s not a guessing game. I also love how easy to clean the waffle maker is!

I am so happy with this Belgian Waffle Maker from Cuisinart! I did not realize it came with the pancake plates and you can also make all kinds of hot sandwiches with it. The waffles are amazing, it cleans up so nicely too!!

Love the crispiness of the waffles and the fact that you can prepare 4 squares or just one square. Haven't tried the pancake plates yet, but I do believe they will work out just as well.
