So far I have only made waffles on it but they came out beautifully. The griddles are easy to remove and put on, and clean easily. Would recommend this product.

Great waffles in a short wait time to heat up. We haven't tried pancakes yet as we like waffles more The unit is easy to clean and stores in a small space..

This is the perfect size for 4 hearty waffles. Just spray a little canola oil, and they come out perfect everytime. Love that this waffle maker comes with 2 more plates a flat one for eggs, and another with circles for pancakes. Excellent.

All went well with setting up and setting browning level. I didn't find a measuring cup to gauge the correct amount of waffle mix, but I worked around that. Cleanup was easy with the removable nonstick plates.

Absolutely love this waffle maker with pancake plates. First time use and cleanup was simple and effective. I made waffles by following instructions and observing the indicator lights which told me when to add the batter and when the waffles were finished baking. I started on the #3 setting for my first waffles and made slight adjustments for additional servings just to test and fine-tune doneness levels. This waffle/pancake maker is impressive and, imo, worth the money. I would definitely recommend it as a new purchase or upgrade.

I've had this product for a year and made many waffles. It does an adequate job, but to call it a "Belgian waffle maker" is a misnomer. It does not produce the deep pockets typical to true Belgian waffles.

It makes great waffles, I dont use oil with the mix or even on the grill, and still they never stick. I tried to make pancakes, but didnt like them. However i use the same mix that i used for waffles, and they came out dry. The same temperature was also used for both waffles and pancakes; setting 4. I think the pancakes arent thick enough. I also tried to fry eggs but they came out burned; on the same setting. But the main reason i wanted a waffle maker was to make waffles, and i am very happy with how the waffles came out. Along with the tong, instruction and recipe booklet that came with everything else.

Reading some of the previous reviews and tips was helpful. 1st Making sure that both sides light/heat up equally is important. Patience is required not very quick but the results are great! I like my waffles well done. The 5-6 range was too much. The 3-4 range was best for us.
