I bought this waffle maker 2 months ago. It’s the BEST Belgian waffle maker EVER! So easy to use and clean. The removable plates are amazingly nonstick and so easy to take out and clean. The browning dial allows the user to pick a darkness level. Beautiful waffles and pancakes in minutes!

I received this waffle maker as a Christmas gift last year. I've used it several times for waffles, and it's great for that. Waffles turn out wonderful, cooking evenly and completely, with virtually no mess. Cleanup is easy. So kudos on creating a great waffle maker! However, I used it yesterday for the first time to make pancakes, using the pancake plates. Epic fail!! The pancakes turn out great on the side that has the pancake 'indentations', however, the other side barely gets done. It's as if the top plate barely makes any contact with the batter. The pancakes puff up, but only a very small 'circle' in the middle of the top is touched by the upper plate, leaving the rest of the top looking uncooked. In fairness, the pancakes were done inside, but it looked very unappetizing and uncooked. I also tried turning them over 1/2 way through to see if it would help to 'brown' the side that didn't look cooked. That didn't help at all, either.
Bottom line - buy this for waffles, but don't buy it if you think you're getting a good pancake maker at the same time. I'm going back to making pancakes on a griddle, but will definitely continue to use this for waffles!

We have had this waffle maker for several months now and have used it in all kinds of different ways. Using the pancake plate with made sunny side up eggs, cooked fresh breakfast sausage patties, scrambled eggs and oh yeah pancakes! Love the waffles! Not to thin not to thick, just right! Have fun exploring new things to make with it.
