My restaurant grade maker finally fell apart. I had tried for the longest time trying to find another one, but this time I wanted removable grids for easy cleanup. Found this one and I love it. It also has removable plates for pancakes, etc.

We love it, and really enjoy the quality of waffles this thing makes. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, evenly cooked. No complaints at all. Takes about 8 minutes to get up to temp (set to 4), and about 5 minutes to make the waffle. One waffle (total) is enough for the two of us (topped with an over-easy egg and a sausage patty). Easy cleanup - so the wife says :). Haven't used the pancake insert - probably never will. Well worth the money..

I've never used this but my husband has and he rarely cooks. He was ablessed to use it with ease. The non stick coating Is wonderful and cleanup is a breeze. I like that it has the option of plates for waffles or pancakes. The recipe book included is great too. You can even cook eggs on it. Love it!!

I have had this for several months after my last one wearing out. I like that the plates come out and can go in the dishwasher. Otherwise, this one is flimsy compared to my last one. Just doesn't feel the same quality and doesn't make the nice thick waffles .

Makes really good, crisp edges/moist inside waffles. Simple to use. Settings are accurate and I can control how light or dark I want the waffles. The sound indicator lets you know when it’s time to pour the mixture in and when it’s completed. I don’t have much of a use for the pancake griddle, as I prefer to cook those on the stove but at least it’s an option.

This is the best I've ever owned. I followed the directions and the waffles were perfect. I have now learned I can make them ahead, wrap in aluminum foil. I have a wide slice toaster. I just pop them in and they are perfect. The only thing I use a little more batter than it calls for. The plates come out and I put them in the dishwasher. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

We purchased this having a preference for a thinner versus Belgian style waffle. Thuroghly surprised and impressed with the maker. Cooks evenly and the removable plates make this a breeze to clean. All it takes is a that one-time when a waffle sticks to the iron sticks to make you say grown-up-words. With the the removeable irons, it makes all the difference and the quality of the maker is on-point.
