The pin to twist the tightening screw falls out for no reason regularly. Before we threw this away we had to use a wood screw to tighten and release this thing. It's in the dumpster now.

Very heavy duty. No doubts about this one. Tilt is limited but seems sufficient. If you extend it all the way, it's hard to get to go back in. Otherwise pretty good.

Would have been better to have it be an allen set screw

There is a screw on the back of the mount that stops the monitor from tilting, but it is very close to the monitor so its hard to spin. I had to use a set of plyers which ultimately broke the plastic cap on the screw. Would have been better to have it be an allen set screw.

The stand seems strong. I wish it went a tad higher - can't quite get monitor to eye level.The packaging was also missing the bolts which I just bought separately on my own instead of going through the headache of a return.
