[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 20V MAX XR impact driver is an absolute beast! I compared it with an older 20V XR max driver! I drove two 4 1/2” headlocks into 2” white oak with ease! The new Driver out performed with eased it actually drove the headlock just flush with the surface, i it was smooth and strong i didn't apply much pressure the tool does all the work! The older model took a bit more force not much but it struggled at the end a bit! But it’s a dewalt it drove it all the way down. This new impact driver has three modes and a bright light that makes everything easy in tight spaces! It’s compact and feels great in my hand. Overall the performance over the past week had been amazing the battery life is excellent! Get it! You’re missing out!

DEWALT DCF860 1/4” 3-SPEED HIGH TORQUE IMPACT DRIV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Dewalt impact drivers for many years and have never had any trouble with them.
This latest model impact driver is amazing. It has so many nice features on it.
I really like the three speed settings, the lowest speed it is good for small screws that you don’t want to strip out or break. The high speed has such amazing torque(2500 in-lbs). That should take the Lugnuts off of your car wheels.
It also has a built-in LED work light that you can have stay on for 20 seconds or 20 minutes, which was will really handy.
It also includes a nice belt hook, which can be installed on either side.
This is one of the most useful tools you’ll ever have. I replaced over 1000 stainless steel screws in my pool aluminum screen frame, and this made easy work of it.

Very heavy duty. It is extremely powerful. I would definitely recommend for daily heavy duty use. Great product dewalt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice and compact, it’s an great upgraded version. It has good power. The light is nice and bright and the 20 minute timer makes it even better. It’s not heavy which is extremely helpful when using up high.

DeWalt 20 volt Max XR Brushless 1/4" impact driver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new DeWalt 20 volt Max XR Brushless 1/4" Impact driver works with the power of larger units. Drilling into cement block was effortless with a 1/2" masonry bit. Combined with the DeWalt 20 volt 5Ah battery the impact driver worked longer than any of my other drivers. I highly recommend the new DeWalt 20 volt Max XR Brushless 1/4" impact that does it all with ease: drilling, hammer drilling and impact driving.

Hardest working tool I own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tool (or it’s predecessor) in a set with a drill back in 2018 as a graduation present for myself. Since then it has been my trusty companion from full home remodels to half million dollar concrete pours and industrial ironwork. It has been dropped off of a roof, dropped in a water bucket and once accidentally covered in hydraulic fluid (which only removed the black dye from the lettering on DeWalt).
This has been one of the hardest working tools that I’ve ever owned. I ask a lot from all of my equipment, and tend to fully ignore the confines of the recommended usage and put my equipment through tasks well beyond the compass of their design. Until I bought the 1/2 inch DeWalt impact driver I used this tool in its stead with the impact rated socket adapters. It did the job very well and has never failed me. I still have the same driver to this day, and have never had to do any repairs or any real maintenance.
The collet still works flawlessly, easily swapping bits without catching or sticking. The battery slide and release function well. I have legitimately never had any issues with this tool. The lights on the front give excellent view off your work area without any shadow from the bit.
With the new power stack batteries it works even better, and I can confirm that this driver can keep up with the competition, be it red, blue or green.
I would recommend this tool to anyone doing serious DIY or professional grade work, this tool will get the job done.
