[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charcoal smoker has become a staple for our camping trips and home usage. The grill came packaged nicely and securely, with very simple to follow instructions. Assemble took around twenty to thirty minutes, then we were ready to start our first use. It doesn't use a lot of charcoal, but depending on what is being made on the grill, water may need to be monitored and added throughout the cooking process. This grill has two screen openings on the front, the top one of which opens up to allow venting. Surprisingly the amount of meat this smoker can hold is amazing, we did a whole brisket in it, as well as three racks of ribs and they fit with no problem at all. The smoking was evenly done throughout. The heat indicator on the lid of the smoker is nice, and simple to keep an eye on if needing to adjust the temp.
