I am a long time dental office team member. I have always owned a water flosser and always supported waterpic as in my opinion it’s top notch . As a continued user of the product , I can offer to new patients the opportunity to purchase a great product .
This product was a replacement for my WP 550 that I’ve had for almost 3 yrs. This model has all the features I enjoyed on the original but stays charged longer than the first. I like that!
Wasn't as strong as I thought. also water runs out very quickly

The battery doesn't last long and the high pressure doesn't feel like it's doing much.

For years, my dentist has told me to get one. I’ve stalled and stalled. My teeth are sensitive, so when any food doesn’t get flossed away, I’ll feel it the next day. Over the past few weeks, I have felt a big difference. I love this particular oil. I love that it’s cordless and it’s so easy to refill too!

I have purchased 2 of these units n the past year. The first one stopped pumping water 6 months after purchase. Bought the 2nd one 4 weeks ago and now it will not take a charge.
