I truly love the purpose of WaterPik products. I am still adjusting to this model. Initially, the discharge was draining all over the unit. By only targeting my gaps from the outside and not the inside, I am reducing the discharge on the unit and my hands. I wish the reservoir were a little larger, but by targeting at the exterior only, I am able to complete cleaning all gaps. I had some concerns about the reservoir not fully drying between uses, but by keeping the fill door open, the unit appears to dry satisfactorily. I know this product is improving my dental health.
