I had a cordless water pic with a set. The reservoir was larger. I also do not think this setting choice is good. My older one had a dial with numbers and I could get a more forceful flow if needed.

Convenient tool for good dental care. After a little practice the reservoir is sufficient for a complete cleaning. It also does a great job at removing trapped food particles. My only complaint is the reservoir leaks where the release tab is.

The reservoir is so small that I barely get once around (and I have a small mouth); the reservoir LEAKS from the bottom even after emptying it of most of any remaining water; the High setting barely achieves the purpose of the device. Waterpik should be ashamed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
