Am very disappointed with this model. The water ejection pressure, even at the HIGH level, is not very strong and there is a wobbly sensation holding the product. Do not feel that I receive the full cleaning benefit. I have purchased 3 previous Waterpik water flossers, and they were far better than this model. I wish I could return it.
