Poor location of on/off switch. Not strong enough pressure. Gets the sink And mirror dirty due the accidental activation of the on switch.

Hello Nick W - Thank you for sharing your feedback on the WP-580. We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied. While the pressure isn't as strong as our countertop models, it's designed to be effective. It may take a little practice to get used to, but you'll master it quickly! Here's a link to our how-to page that might be helpful. https://youtu.be/l02dBOdOxtU
Water reservoir too small. Shortens operating time.

Hello Jim - We’re sorry to hear that the model didn’t meet your expectations. It's designed to be compact for travelers or those with limited counter space. Some users may need to refill the reservoir multiple times. If refilling is inconvenient, you might consider a countertop model as an alternative. This model comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The unit itself is compact and seems to be charging well. We are somewhat disappointed with the amount of water tha can be put in the resivour. It is almost always necessary to fill a second time to do the job correctly.
I have very little space to place toothbrush and flosser in my bathroom. That's why I chose this small flosser. I'm not very happy with it because even in the strongest mode, it bare flosses my teeth and has a tendency to bog down. In addition, the battery light does not light up at all. I'm wondering if this is a defective unit.
