I have found this Waterpic flosser to exceed all my expectations, excepting one. I seems to me that the WP-580 ought to be better able to dispose of remaining water when I've finished flossing each day. At present it is necessary to remove the water chamber completely to rid the 580 of water remaining. This could easily be remedied by having a low point at the lid so that the 580 could merely be turned with the lid at the bottom and achieve full draining. At present, one either removes the water chamber or shakes the unit until most of the water have been removed.
It is good for travel to areas where plugs are not available in washrooms. Would like a bit more pressure to mirror my other travel unit that plugs in. The grub is a bit clumsy in that it is easy to turn off while using or accidentally change pressure. With the water tank as small as it is that gets a bit frustrating.
Needs much larger tank. I refill tank multiple times while flossing. Stream doesn’t seem to be powerful enough. The charger is a cool idea but is hard to find the sweet spot to get it to stick in place. Wish it was available in purple.
This is our third such product over the years and we are always pleased with results. The new charging system is extremely slow and the plug gets really warm.
Disappointed in this product, the unit is not strong enough , it does not stay charged long enough. I bought it to travel , the old version is better than the USB charger . I would not buy another one unless it would be a regular outlet charging .
