This product works well when I can get it positioned and running but I don't care for some aspects of its design. Mainly, I can't figure out how they intended for it to be held, as whichever way I grasp it I end up with my palm or fingers on the buttons and then I inadvertently change the force setting or turn it off when I don't want to. At least I figured out a technique for keeping from spraying water out onto the sink top. Perhaps some better videos or other instructions would be helpful.

Overall, this unit seems well-designed and constructed. I like the textured grip, the quiet operation and the easy-to-adjust rotating tip. The water tank seems undersized, but I just refill it midway through using it, which is easy to do. My main complaint is that the water stream is not very powerful compared to another similar flosser I have used in the past. More power would make it a 5-star device.

I needed a water pick that I could pack up ad travel and asked may dental hygienist to recommend one. She uses a waterpik in the shower.
And just loves it. So I purchased one and now gearing use to using it. ITs easy and lightweight comes with a bag for traveling and I willl definitely pack it up on my nest trip.
