I am very happy with my Waterpick. It does a very good job of removing food caught between my teeth. I like the pulse adjustments which I have slowly increased. I have a problem with water leaking out when it is turned off and cannot find where it is coming from. I would definitely recommend a Waterpick for everone.
This was bought for my wife and she uses it several times a day.This is probably the third one purchased through the years as they eventually quit working. She gets about 3-4 years out of each one. It would be nice to have one work longer but when it does, she wouldn't do without it, wants it replaced
The water pic is easy to hold & fits well in my hand. Once I learned how to use the device, I found it easy & comfortable. I like the fact that it’s portable & holds a long charge . I expected the water flow to be stronger & am not thrilled with the water compartment . I think that the it’s too small & should be detachable . There is always a small amount of water left in the Water compartment that doesn’t come out . Concerned about the ability to keep the compartment clean

Why would you send me a product I can’t charge?? I don’t charge my bathroom appliances at my desk and I doubt many people keep spare bricks around. What an utter and complete waste of time and energy! Guess I’ll have to figure something out that’s not waterpik. Sad

I wanted to love it but found it hard to hold in my hand and not hit buttons accidentally. Also found the water well to be very small - I get this is a hand held but still. Overall I found it a bit clunky. Charger works great and love the attachments.
