Very disappointed to find out after we had started using the unit that the battery cannot be replaced. For the price, a charger plug should have been included. There is no explanation about the battery charging light, when it comes on, what flashing means, etc. Not sure we would buy this unit again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've only had the waterpik for a short time. I have rather large tori so getting the gums exercised with only floss is hard. It seems the waterpik works well to get into the gum line better than floss was working.
My water pic works fine but it leaks all over so I can’t really say that buying it was a good thing especially considering it sells for a higher price than my past models that don’t leak.

Disappointed in how difficult it is to remove the reservoir to fill with water. Finally got a small funnel and fill it from the side opening. Difficult to shake out the remaining water after use, leaks on the cabinet. I’m satisfied with the water pik action itself and the battery life.
