Not impressed. It doesn't hold a charge very long. It's super clunky/awkward to use. Had I seen it in-person before just buying it online (pics are deceitful) I wouldn't have bought it. I just didn't care for the "tank" systems with the cords.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just got the Waterpik out of the box and tried to charge the device. It will not charge and I can not recommend this product. I am taking> am sending it back. Also, this product does not come with a battery charger. A lot of money for nothing

The water reservoir is impossible to remove. The power is so light (even on high) that I need to floss after using. Returning it.

To remove the reservoir, slide the reservoir release latch to the unlock position and then slide the reservoir down towards the base of the unit. I find the buttons too sensitive, my previous model had switches which were a deliberate push. With the buttons I find I'm changing sensitivty by accident or switching on/off when I don't mean to. Appreciating this may be me and a learning curve but feel like it should be ok out of the box without being able to accidentally change sensitivity modes or on/off.

This unit replaced the one I ha that ran on batteries. This is a much better product as the batteries would need to be replaced very often. Does a great job.
I like it but thought it would be more powerful. On the other hand, more power most likely isn’t good for the gums. I definitely use warmer water. Cold shocks my teeth a bit. It’s taking me a bit of time to get used to it. I wish they would have labeled the different attachments.
