Big disappointment

This is a replacement for my same model purchased several years ago. So, the product and operation are the same, I was disappointed that they no longer provide a plug-in charger. They provide a USB charger which requires a 5v USB transformer. This is inappropriate for a bathroom appliance in the proximity of running water. The plugin charger provided with the earlier version was designed for bathroom operation not computer desk environment. Bad move to cheapen the product.

This model replaced an earlier one that I had for years. I like that it stays charged for almost a week! Despite the smaller water canister, it does the job well and quickly. So far, so good!

WEAK WATER PRESSURE

Been using for about 6 months. Had my 1st exam since using and according to my dentist, this flosser doesn't generate enough pressure to floss properly. Would advise trying other brands

Hello - The Cordless Advanced has a pressure of 75PSI on high. Although the pressure is not as high as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective.
