This is my second portable Waterpik and there are many improvements over my previous model. I like that the siphon tube allows for complete emptying of the reservoir. also like that it is easy to turn the nozzle to different positions easily. I was sorry to see that my favorite tip was not included with my new Waterpik - the pocket tip. Everything else is great!

I have used a Waterpik countertop flosser for years and loved it! It developed a leak so I ordered the portable and rechargeable handheld unit and have been very disappointed. It only hold enough water to floss a portion of my teeth so requires 2-3 fills. The worst part is that the water flossing pressure even when set on high is limp and is not enough to rid my teeth of some trapped debris not for them to feel that "squeaky" clean as my countertop unit did. I would not reccommend purchasing this unit which is not low-priced.

Overall a good product. I have to get a towel to hold the main part after I am finished and want to empty the water out because it is slippery. I have to use an eyeglass cleaner cloth to dry out the inside.
