Very easy to use. The water dispenser part is a little difficult to remove, but otherwise all is good. I use it over the sink, but I read that you can use it in the shower which might be easier for some.
Item is bulky, bits rattle in place and does not hold sufficient amount of water.

Reservoir too small and power too light. Beter off to stick with the countertop model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

USB Plugs in Bathrooms? Yeah, right.

I can't believe Waterpik has adopted USB plugs instead of conventional 110 AC plugs. I'm sure they are saving a few cents per unit but this is really irritating. Does Waterpik really imagine that anyone has USB outlets in their bathrooms? At the very least, supply your customers with a USB-to-AC adapter.
I am a long time WP customer (this is my 3rd flosser purchased from them) and the other units were designed with regular 110V AC plugs. SHAME ON WATERPIK.

Hello JimB93 - Thank you for your feedback and for being a longtime customer. To help reduce electronic waste, our newer units no longer include an outlet plug. However, it doesn't need a USB specific outlet to charge. The charging cord provided works with most standard USB wall bricks, many of us already have from other products, and plugs into any traditional electrical outlet.
