Weak stream and clumsy

The handheld portable has a much weaker stream than a plug in tank travel size Water Flosser.

The pic inserts do not stay in. Within 2 seconds it pops out and water goes everywhere. I'm unable to use it and very unhappy considering the price I paid.

I haven't had this product for long, but it has now stopped charging. I have tried different means of charging it, but it still will not charge.

Greetings! I had to purchased my third WaterPic, as it aged out. I am a huge fan! This one was more techie! It had a much stronger choice of a power wash, the tube down into the water tank is now designed to vacuum out all the water by the pump, and the new way to charge the unit is different now! You just lay the magnetic charger onto the front of the base and charge it like your phone. Make sure you have your own adapter on hand. I really like my new waterpic!
