Not worth the cost!

It worked great for 2 weeks ONLY! Then all features deteriorated rapidly; the battery discharge quickly, and you have to keep charging the machine every day to maintain a good water pressure! After only 2 months usage the water started leaking at the bottom of the reservoir security button!
For such bad quality and performance, I would have bought a cheaper flosser!

USB Plug-In

I had the same waterpik before and decided to buy a new one. The charger now comes with only USB, so you need to provide the cube and how safe is that really to use in a bathroom. Very disappointed and sending it back. I did not use it so I don't know about Reservoir but my old one leaked badly? I thought the new one would be better.

The charging cord provided is compatible with most standard wall bricks that many of us already have. It just needs to be an industry-standard USB charger with an output rating of 5V, 1A. OK except for the reservoir

I bought this to replace my older WP-450W which I liked but the door on the reservoir was broken. I've used the new one once and had to fill the reservoir 2x for one use and the shape of it and the house placement doesn't allow the unit to pull all the water from the reservoir which is disappointing. I do like that those one has low/med/high where my old one only had low and high. I also like the magnetic charger better
