Not as powerful as I would have expected. The counter model is much more effective in getting food particles out of hard to get to areas of the mouth.

I like this water flosser a lot. It work very well and it's convenient that it's wireless. The only drawback is that the reservoir is small compared to wired models and I typically have to refill the flosser multiple times during a flossing session.
