Easy enough to travel with or use at home in the shower. Easy to operate. Be careful to set it on a flat, stable surface. I broke a tip shortly after receiving it by not doing so (it fell).

Tips blowing out

I have a problem with the tips. They will not stay in. I bought new tips. Put new tips in, they keep blowing out But otherwise not a bad product

Hello Bill102- We're sorry this is happening. You can try running water down the hole where the tip inserts into. Then turn the unit on and continue running water for 10 seconds. This is the second water pic I’ve had of yours. My one problem is that I find it leaks water on the bottom when it’s standing other than that it’s easy to use and I like it.

This is one handy little item. I have the Waterpik Aquarius Water Flosser Professional that i use on a daily basis at home. This jewel, the WP-580 is great to have while traveling. It holds a charge for several days. This is a must while traveling.
