The tip will not stay in the unit when turned on. I tried every tip. Tip blows out as soon as the unit is powered on.
Why does the black knob surrounding the tip entry hole rotate?. Does it have a function?
I’ve soaked my shirt several times trying and retry every position on that knob and every tip that was included in the package.
